Allen Redic has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and he also carries an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management.  Mr. Redic is responsible for managing the residential and commercial real estate construction, development, and renovation operations. He will manage the contractors and worksites to ensure the timely completion of all projects. In addition, he will be responsible for quality control of all projects.

Allen is a proven construction industry professional with more than 25 years of human resources experience. He has been a key member of every organization to which he has belonged bringing “Hands-On” construction expertise as well as leadership ability.
